Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dayton

Great staff, excellent service, nice view of the city! Very clean and comfortable! Parking paid for by hotel at the parking garage next door. My favorite part of the check in system is that they only put a $1 charge for security deposit, instead of making you pay a deposit which is normally the equivalent of 30% of the price of the room at other hotels. Essentially holding onto your money for 7-10 days after you've checked out and forgot about it. Much better system here! Would recommend to anyone, and will be my go to anytime I'm in the Dayton area overnight.

Loved the breakfasts! Especially the biscuits and gravy. Great selection and very tasty. Loved the comfort of the room. I would've loved having some lotion available -- the cold weather made the air very dry. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was within walking distance to the church and the wedding reception. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless thanks to Sally. The indoor parking was included which was a bonus. The free breakfast provided was more that we ever expected. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dayton. We even had time to walk to the Second Street Market which was a treat.

the place was clean, comfortable and had parking. it had a bar and all staff were friendly. great place to stay after a long drive and it is right across the road from baseball stadium. I got in at 9pm on a Monday night so all food places around the hotel were closed. The room was so comfortable and clean that’s why I am giving a 10

I really enjoyed my room with the view of the ball park. the room was new and clean, the bed sheets smelled fresh and had no greasy smell - I’m really sensitive to smell and this hotel gets an A+! The staff was very helpful and I loved the coffee & tea set up in the lobby. Parking was very easy in the adjacent parking structure.
